So I went in with a huge bone spur on my heal and thought I may need surgery. I was unable to walk without limping or run at all. Everyone there is amazing and I was adjusted 6 – 8 times and now I am able to be as active as I want to be. As a PE teacher I am very thankful. I now need to go in once a month.
